Nina, Operations Manager, keeps the engine running. From internal systems to day-to-day coordination, she helps ensure the firm stays organized, connected, and efficient as we grow.
Grace, Accounting Manager, pairs strong technical expertise with mentorship, helping to develop the team while ensuring our clients’ financial foundations stay solid.
Kimberly, Accounting Supervisor and Sales Tax Expert, supports both accounting and tax engagements, helping guide complex client work and maintain consistency and quality across financial reporting and tax preparation.
Kimmi, Tax Supervisor, brings clarity and structure to tax compliance, supporting clients and teammates through even the most detailed tax seasons.
Arina, Controller, strengthens reporting standards and financial accuracy across engagements, helping ensure our clients have clarity in their numbers.

Behind every clean set of books and strategic filing is a team that genuinely cares about getting it right.
Clare, Accountant, helps clients stay organized and confident through reliable bookkeeping and steady attention to detail. Her audit background is a great asset for our team and our clients as they enter into complex transactions as they scale.
Rochelle, Staff Accountant, supports client accounting work with accuracy and a strong commitment to maintaining clean, current financial records. Rochelle brings an analytical mindset to her work and has been an excellent role model for other staff members on our team.
Elaine, Tax Accountant, works closely on tax compliance and R&D tax credit projects, helping clients navigate filings while identifying valuable credit opportunities. Elaine has strengthened her technical tax knowledge and project management skills.
Andrea, Staff Accountant, a new addition to our team, approaches client work with organization and curiosity, always looking to learn and improve. We are delighted to have her on our team and look forward to seeing her growth.
Marketing and Operations
Beyond accounting and tax, Dhelis, Marketing Coordinator and Designer, helps share Shay CPA’s expertise with founders and the startup community through blogs, newsletters, partnerships, and educational resources that make accounting and tax feel more approachable. Her love of design has helped ShayCPA propel its messaging and visual identity.
We are also excited to welcome Gabriela, Operations Assistant, who will be supporting internal operations and helping our team stay organized as we continue to grow.
