Because we operate as a mostly remote company, connection requires intention. Throughout the year, our team creates space to celebrate wins, support one another, and reflect on what makes Shay CPA special. Last November, during a team icebreaker, everyone shared shout-outs about their colleagues. The room felt genuine and thoughtful. In that moment, it was clear how deeply this team values lifting each other up.
