The Forty Under 40 award recognizes NYSSCPA (New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants) members who demonstrated leadership in their organization, made significant professional achievements in the past year and have gone “above and beyond” in giving back to the community.
Akshay Shrimanker, CPA the Founder and CEO of SHAY CPA P.C. was awarded the award in its inaugural year – 2020. He currently serves as a board member of the NYSSCPA Queens/Brooklyn Chapter and Chairs the Sole Practitioner Committee that hosts ‘Sole Practitioner Roundtables’ throughout the year.
